Milky

Doc says dairy.  Try eating dairy.  Milk.  Yogurt.  I am going to do this.  He says my tummy isn't good from stress.  So last night, I had milk for dinner. Today I had kefir for breakfast, kefir and pretzels for lunch.  What will dinner be?

Gosh, I want to feel better.

  1. If the doc mentioned dairy I would become obese since this would translate into cheese: Mimolette is tasty and mild. You can use a paring knife to slice thin pieces of this hard cheese. Great with simple hard crackers.
    Sample cheese to discover what you like whenever possible :D
