What She's Eating: Breakfast a la Joan



I think clotted cream has butter beat by a mile! The scones can be with or without raisins or currents. I'm not THAT picky. But cc and jam piled on each bite... oh my stars and garters. That is heaven.

  1. Woa! That print looks like a fortune cookie! How did you do that? Okay. I think I moved to San Francisco because of a scone I ate when I was 12. I have been trying scones here and there, and have lucked out because one of my favorite scones is less than a block from my house. So, Joan, where did this scone come from?
